Magician and mentalist Joshua Lozoff combines amazing magic with with mental feats that explore the possibilities of the human mind. His performances reflect his fascination with psychology, intuition and other inner workings of the mind. In one moment, he solves a Rubik’s Cube just by tossing it in the air, and in the next, he predicts a volunteer’s choices even before she knows them herself! The result: A fun, mind-boggling performance that leaves audiences amazed and talking long after the show is over. Joshua stepped away from a career as a film and TV actor (you’ve seen him on Cheers and in Clueless) and has dedicated the last 20 years of his life to perfecting not just the art of magic, but the art of creating a magical, inspirational and awe-filled experience for everyone who has the pleasure of seeing his show.
Life is Magic: This stage show performance is highly interactive, and Joshua always makes good on his promise to treat every participant with respect, creating moments of joy and amazement that last long after the evening is over. Suitable for groups of 25 up to audiences of 750. The show scales to whatever size is gathered; a small intimate show if you have under 20 guests, or a bigger energy for a larger group. If you’ll have 50+, I’d bring a small PA system and microphone, and have a bit of music with the show. The show can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
Strolling Magic: During a social hour, cocktail reception, or any number of events, Joshua mingles with the crowd and shares his magic up close and personal. Professional event planners call Joshua’s Strolling Magic, “a perfect form of entertainment.” Using simple props (and sometimes no props at all!) the magic happens right in your guests’ hands and — most importantly — their hearts and minds!
*Best for receptions, cocktail mixers, silent auction galas, etc.*
You can also opt for a combination of the two: Strolling Magic followed by the “Life is Magic” stage show!
