A. Preferably no, but we can do an acoustic duo.
Q. Why did you become a professional musician?
A. My father was a musician and played in a band with my uncle since before I was born, so I’ve been around music my whole life. It’s just something that has always come naturally to me. Also, as a songwriter, I enjoy the creative part of coming up with song ideas and molding them into actual musical compositions. As I’ve gotten older, playing music has taken on a deeper meaning. Country Music has changed so much in the last 15 years, I think it’s important to create and play music that highlights the roots of the genre. I don’t mean be a novelty act or create music that sounds like Country Music from the 40’s, 50’s or 60’s, but to create music that is contemporary, yet stays true to the genre’s core identity.
