Q. Why did you become a professional musician?
A. I started playing the violin when I was three years old, and music has been part of my life ever since. At age 10 I picked up my first wedding gig through connections and started playing for weddings and church events since. Growing up with the instrument helped me discover how powerful music can be in expressing emotions and connecting with others. I did stop playing for a long time because of school, life, and wanting to explore other things, but somehow i keep coming back to my violin. Becoming a musician felt natural — it’s simply who I am.

A. Yes, as long as compensation is reasonable.
