Savannah Harmon FAQs
Q. What style of music do you play?
A. I play everything from 70s and 80s hits and classic rock, 90s country, 90s throwback hits and a little bit of today’s country hits as well. You can expect anything from The Eagles, Shania Twain, Dr. Dre and Johnny Cash-my Setlist varies on what the audience prefers, and I go from there!
Q. How many pieces do you typically play as and what instruments are they?
A. I typically play solo on an acoustic-electric Martin guitar.
Q. Do you play in other configurations?
A. No, I haven’t fully formed a band yet-it’s in the works, though!
Q. Why did you become a professional musician?
A. I realized when I was 16 that I was able to use my passion for music as a way to support myself financially, so I decided to go full-time at a young age and pursue something I actually genuinely enjoy.
Q. Where are you located?
A. I’m located in Charlotte, NC!
Q. Do you travel?
A. I do travel and love doing it. There’s generally nowhere I won’t play as long as travel fees are accommodated.
Q. Why should an event professional book you?
A. Event professionals should book with me because I offer more than just three hours worth of background music; I enjoy entertaining almost as much as singing and playing. Talking to and making sure the crowd feels included is something I love doing, along with reading the room to determine my setlist, making sure everyone has a good time and thoroughly enjoying what I do. Performing isn’t a job to me; it’s an opportunity I’ll never take for granted. I truly love what I do, and I believe it shows onstage and off.
Q. Do you have the capability of providing your own sound & lights?
A. I do provide my own PA system and have a small light bar that gets the job done.
