Key Signature Entertainment is a live music booking resource local to Charlotte, North Carolina. Services offered by Key Signature include band booking, vetting, and live concert production. We offer different tiers of event production depending on how many acts will be performing, if we’re sourcing local/regional acts or national acts, and the type of event. With our own event staff and many resources, Key Signature Entertainment can provide event production for events throughout the Carolinas and beyond!

Live Concert Production Packages offered by Key Signature Entertainment:

Complete Package
With the complete concert production package, Key Signature Entertainment will be your turnkey resource in securing talent and production, staff and scheduling needed to execute a successful live music experience.

Events that this package are most popular for include any type of festival style event, along with concert, corporate, or private events in which national entertainment is being sourced.

Services offered in the Complete Package include:

  • Band booking and vetting
  • National artist negotiation on behalf of the client
  • Band rider review and execution
  • Secure stage, sound, lights, generator, and production staff
  • Secure backline as needed
  • Book artist lodging as needed
  • Secure ground transportation as needed
  • Create run of show
  • Key Signature staff on site to provide golf cart transportation at event, manage stage, and execute run of show
  • Designated hospitality person to review and provide all hospitality rider requirements, execute rider shopping, and provide food and beverage on site
Limited Package
With the limited concert production package, Key Signature Entertainment will assist in securing talent and production, staff and scheduling needed to execute a successful live music experience.

Events that this package are most popular for include festival, concert, corporate, or private events in which local/regional entertainment is being sourced.

Services offered in the Limited Package include:

  • Band booking and vetting
  • Band rider review and execution
  • Secure stage, sound, lights, generator, and production staff
  • Secure shared backline as needed
  • Create run of show
  • Key Signature staff on site to provide golf cart transportation at event, manage stage, and execute run of show
Basic Package
With the basic concert production package, Key Signature Entertainment will securing talent and production to execute a successful live music experience.

Events that this package are most popular for include concert, corporate, or private events in which a single local/regional act is being sourced.

Services offered in the Basic Package include:
