Q. What style of music do you play?
A. Flute Praise consists of the following styles of music; Latin/Jazz/Instrumental/Vocal Music.
Q. How many pieces do you typically play as and what instruments are they?
A. Three piece minimum, more if the engagement requires it. Typical instruments are the flute, Latin percussion, voice, electronic sequenced instruments.
Q. Do you play in other configurations?
A. Yes, I perform with a traditional/soulful jazz trio called Upscale with keyboard, horns, and flute. I also perform solo flute occasions, like weddings and other traditional ceremonies.
Q. Why did you become a professional musician?
A. We began playing together for several reasons, first, to honor God and to worship Him. Secondly, to be able to demonstrate that Latin/Jazz (as well as with Upscale) can be performed tastefully and professionally, finally because it is part of who we are as musicians, instrumentalist, and vocalist.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We work out of Charlotte, NC but are available to travel if required.

Q. Do you have the capability of providing your own sound & lights?
A. We provide our own sound for small and medium venues, as well as lighting. However, we do not provide sound nor lighting for larger venues.
